Precision Laser Micromachining: Ultrafast pulsed lasers, such as femtosecond lasers, are used to ablate, cut, and form microstructures. No mask is required, enabling high machining precision and a small heat-affected zone for a wide range of hard, brittle, and difficult-to-machine materials.
Broad Material Compatibility: Compatible with metals such as copper and aluminum; ceramic substrates such as alumina and aluminum nitride; and optical materials such as sapphire and glass. Laser parameters and machining paths are adjusted according to substrate characteristics.
Versatile Microchannel Designs: Straight, serpentine, tree-branch, and other channel geometries can be designed according to cooling requirements to optimize coolant flow paths and heat-transfer efficiency.
Customized Dimensions and Density: Channel width, depth, and spacing can all be flexibly adjusted according to the customer's hotspot distribution and power-density requirements.
