Large-Area Heat Dissipation: The Optimal Balance of Performance and Cost

Polycrystalline diamond heat spreaders are fabricated using CVD (chemical vapor deposition) technology. By leveraging the advantage of polycrystalline structures in producing large-size substrates, they deliver thermal conductivity far superior to traditional metals such as copper and aluminum while meeting the large-area heat-dissipation coverage requirements of high-power components produced in volume.
