The First Critical Raw Material for Diamond Epitaxial Growth
Before growing diamond films on non-diamond substrates such as silicon and silicon carbide, diamond cannot nucleate epitaxially directly because of the significant mismatch between the substrate and diamond lattice structures. The substrate surface must first be seeded with nanodiamond particles. We provide nanodiamond seed products in two forms—slurry and powder—as indispensable nucleation materials for CVD diamond film processes.

Nanodiamond Seed Slurry
A suspension made by dispersing nanodiamond particles. It offers minimal particle agglomeration and excellent dispersion stability, and can be used directly with processes such as spin coating and ultrasonic-assisted seeding. This enables customers to rapidly seed substrate surfaces on the production line while reducing pretreatment time.
Nanodiamond Seed Powder
A dry nanodiamond powder that allows customers to prepare solution concentrations and dispersion formulations according to their own process requirements. It offers extended storage stability and greater formulation flexibility, making it suitable for customers with in-house seeding capabilities.
